Where There’s A Will There’s A Major Charity Effort

Clients of MFG Solicitors in Worcester have helped the firm to raise more than £2,200 for Will Aid, a charity that supports good causes worldwide.
The money was raised during a special promotion at MFG when the firm made no charge for drawing up a standard will but instead asked clients to make a donation. Forty one clients made use of the service.
MFG wills and probate practitioner Amanda Piper said: “When making a will we obviously think about those closest to us like family and loved ones, but Will Aid is a great opportunity to leave a lasting gift to charity and bring lasting change to people in need”
Will Aid supports charities including ActionAid, British Red Cross, Christian Aid, Help the Aged, NSPCC, Save the Children UK, Sightsavers International, Scottish Catholic International Aid Fund and Irish development charity Trocaire.
The charity is on course to raise more than £1 million from its 2009 campaign.
