"When my fiancé proposed to me the first thought that entered my head was not “I do” but “pre-nup”! It is second time round for both of us and a pre-nup was the best way to protect each other’s assets and children if things did not work out. We both found the exercise incredibly useful because we thrashed out all our finances before we got married. I think the pre-nup will make our marriage much happier because there won't be any conflict about money. Claire was instrumental in making the process as smooth as possible. She gave me sound advice and dealt cordially but firmly when my fiancé's lawyers attempted to include clauses that could have caused problems for me later on. A further benefit of instructing Claire was access to MFG’s expertise in capital gains tax, wills and powers of attorney. The pre-nup cost less than an exclusive handbag and will be hundred times more useful!" AS London
"It has been a long and hard year since I first met you and your secretary, like a fish out of water, at the beginning of my Divorce Journey, about this time twelve months ago. Of course it would have been infinitely more difficult and stressful if I had not been working with yourselves! At all times, during the process, I felt confident and safe ‘in your hands’. I really can’t fault your performance throughout. I certainly would not hesitate in recommending MFG solicitors to anyone enquiring. Once again thank you very much indeed." MC Shropshire
"Commencing divorce proceedings was tough emotionally but from the outset you put me at ease, offered me sound, practical advice and gave me the strength and support to cope with the position I found myself in. I have found you always approachable, amazingly supportive, extremely professional, discreet and reassuring. You have shouldered my worries and allayed my fears, I could not have asked for more."
