- We encourage, arrange and support events that bring our staff and partners together. For example, we hold an annual general meeting to reward them for their hard work across the year, our football team compete with local teams and the Christmas party is an opportunity for everyone to catch up and relax.
- Where appropriate, we endeavour to encourage, support, and fund our staff to achieve their personal development goals. For example, Helen Branson, our financial director, is training to be competent in sign-language and Nicola Oakley is undergoing ‘on the job’ training doing an ILEX legal secretarial course and NVQ.
We listen to our staff in relation to ideas and suggestions for improvement at our monthly office meetings and at cross-office divisional meetings.
- To reduce the risk of Swine Flu and infection amongst our staff, visitors and clients, we have provided antibacterial hand-wash (as used in hospitals) in key locations at every office.
- Gurdip Kaur- Brring is a patron of the Worcester Breast Unit Campaign. In October 09, mfg Solicitors sponsored the launch of the Worcester Breast Unit Campaign.
