Michael Payne Michael Payne is a partner and part of the commercial property division for mfg. He is also office partner at the firm’s Shropshire office in Telford. Areas of expertise: With nearly 40 years working in the legal profession, Michael is a valuable asset to the firm. He advises the full range of mfg business clients on matters of corporate law. Michael has a detailed knowledge and understanding of all areas of commercial and company law, including commercial property, share sales and purchases, company reorganisations, shareholder agreements and all types of share transactions, partnership agreements and company formations. Membership of professional bodies and organisations: Michael holds membership of the Law Society. He previously managed the firm’s Newport office before moving to the Shropshire Commercial Centre to set up their commercial property division. |
