Partner Sam Pedley joined the firm in September 2007 as a trainee.
Sam was shortlisted for Associate of the Year at the 2015 Birmingham Law Society Awards.
Areas of expertise:
Sam’s practice areas cover a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters. He has experience in both prosecuting and defending breach of contract claims, Intellectual Property claims, claims amongst directors and shareholders, sales of goods, debt recovery, and professional negligence. He handles applications for interim measures and for urgent injunctive relief.
He recognises the benefits of alternative dispute resolution where appropriate and emphasises the need to work closely with clients in developing and maintaining a significant rapport, ensuring they receive clear, robust and pragmatic commercial advice.

Sam is a member of the Law Society and is named in Legal 500 as a “rising star”.
Sam attempts to keep a balance in life. He enjoys all sports but plays rugby for Dudley Kingswinford RFC and has represented the County in various age groups. His interest extends further to being a keen supporter of Worcester Warriors RFC. He also enjoys the occasional game of football, round of golf and attends the gym on a regular basis.
