With over nineteen years’ experience as a corporate lawyer, Partner and Head of Division Clare Lang joined the firm in 2018. Clare is recognised by her contacts as an approachable, down to earth adviser who quickly understands and delivers her clients’ objectives.

Expertise:

Clare specialises in corporate and commercial transactions including management buy-outs and buy-ins, mergers and acquisitions, company and business disposals, reorganisations and restructurings and refinances for corporates and owner-managed businesses.  Her work also includes joint ventures, shareholder agreements and share option schemes. Sectors include construction/property services, engineering and manufacturing and professional and financial services.

Clare is also part of the Firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency Sector Team.
