Freya Feghali joined the firm in August 2016 as an Assistant solicitor and is part of the Property Litigation department based at the firm’s Bromsgrove office. Freya provides assistance in all areas of property litigation including landlord and tenant disputes, dilapidation and service charge claims, actions for breach of covenant, ownership and boundary disputes, trespass, nuisance, third party rights over land and Party Wall Act disputes.
Freya studied Law at the University of Cardiff, before completing the LPC at The College of Law in Birmingham. After completing the LPC, Freya gained litigation experience as a paralegal/Litigation executive before completing her training contract.
Freya is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
