Amy is a Solicitor within the Firm's Family team, having joined the firm as a Paralegal in 2016. Amy is based at the Kidderminster office.
Having graduated from Keele University, Amy subsequently completed her LPC at The University of Law Birmingham and qualified as a Solicitor, specialising in Family Law, in 2021.
Amy has been recognised by the Worcestershire Law Society where she was nominated and shortlisted for the Trainee Solicitor of the Year Award in 2021.

Amy works in the firm’s family department and advises clients on a broad range of family related matters.
Amy deals with disputes regarding the arrangements for children to include where the child should live and how much time they should spend with the other parent. Amy has acted for clients in cases where the child’s wellbeing has been at risk and has experience in making urgent applications to the court for preventative action.
Amy advises clients in financial settlements following divorce and separation. This includes dealing with high-net-worth cases involving business assets and pensions. Amy appreciates the need to try and achieve negotiated settlements where possible, to avoid costly Court battles.
