Andy Ward

Andy is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Property team based in the Telford office.

Andy graduated with a Law Degree from the University of Leicester in 2007, before completing his Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in 2009 and qualifying  as a solicitor in September 2014. He joined the Firm in March 2021 having spent 8 ½ years at another local firm.

Areas of Expertise:

Andy handles a wide range of commercial property related matters including acquisitions and disposals, leases, licences and the property aspects of corporate transactions. His particular specialism is in advising clients in relation to licensed premises.

Andy acts for a number of brewery clients and pub companies ranging from a listed PLC to SMEs and individuals and is experienced in dealing with commercial property matters involving pubs, bars, nightclubs and breweries.

He also has specialisms in acting in respect of pension transactions and on behalf of charities.
