Paul has over 20 years' experience of working primarily with clients based in the construction, engineering and manufacturing sectors.He advises a range of clients such as developers, main contractors, specialist sub-contractors, architects, engineers, surveyors, educational establishments, funders, off-shore companies, commercial companies and individuals on both contentious and non-contentious legal issues.

Paul also has a niche specialism in dealing with Party Wall Act disputes. He represented the successful claimant in the reported case of Heathcote –v- Doal [2017] EWHC B8 (TCC) where indemnity costs of an injunction to prevent works in breach of the Party Wall Act were obtained.
