Rhiannon joined the firm as a solicitor in the Property Litigation department after qualifying in January 2023 and is based in the Bromsgrove office.
Rhiannon’s training contract had a focus in Litigation where she spent a year dealing with a wide variety of matters including commercial and residential Landlord and Tenant Matters, boundary disputes, rights of access disputes, disputes over property ownership, dilapidations claims, issues surrounding statutory nuisance and adverse possession claims.
