Rupinder has spent time on the board of Trustees for a Birmingham based domestic violence refuge which has extended her interest in representing clients in proceedings relating to domestic abuse and injunctive Orders. 2013 - Rupinder was selected to co-present a one hour current affairs TV programme which was aired weekly on a Sikh television channel (Akaal channel-SKY 858) from September 2013 to December 2013, dealing with a range of family-related subjects such as domestic violence.
