Sarah is a Solicitor within the Private Client Department based at the Bromsgrove office.
She advises on all aspects of Wills, probate, tax planning, estate administration and powers of attorney.
Sarah provides a friendly, professional approach and ensures that clients receive clear, concise advice.
Sarah qualified as a solicitor in January 2014, after graduating from the University of Hertfordshire (LLB Law) and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, in London.
Sarah has successfully completed the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Diploma, and will be applying for her full membership shortly
Sarah advises clients who are making a Will for the first time in addition to assisting clients who regularly review their Wills due to changes in their circumstances. Changes can include clients who wish to amend who inherits from their estate to financial changes.
Her experience in the administration of estates ranges from small estates through to large estates, which include dealing with any associated tax issues. Sarah also has experience preparing and registering powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.
