Scott is a Legal Director within the Firm’s Tax and Succession Planning Division. Whilst Scott is based at our head offices in Kidderminster, he is able to accept instructions throughout the region and nationally. Scott has experience of all aspects of Private Client work; however, the majority of his practice now involves wealth and succession planning, with a particular specialism in Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Scott’s particular areas of expertise include Wealth and Lifetime Inheritance Tax Planning. Scott regularly acts for high-net-worth clients with estates usually including business and agricultural property. He is also able to assist with trust formation and ongoing trust administration.
Scott works closely with individuals in other divisions of the firm, and believes strongly in the importance of working with Clients' other professional advisers, to ensure that Clients receive well rounded advice.
Scott is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
