Tom is a Partner in the Tax and Succession Planning Division based in the firm’s Birmingham office. He is a full member of the Society for Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Tom assists clients with estate and tax planning, often advising on tax efficient will structuring, lifetime gifting and the use of trusts, partnership and corporate structures as a way of protecting wealth for successive generations. He has expertise in advising farmers and landowners on matters concerning agricultural and business property relief, farm diversification and land development.
Tom also acts in the administration of high value and complex estates including those presenting cross-border issues.
