Beverley is a Partner within the Firm's Employment Division and focusses on both Employment Law and HR matters.

Beverley is an experienced and commercially astute employment lawyer.

She spent several years working in industry before changing career to qualify as a lawyer in 2006 and can therefore fully appreciate the commercial pressures that go with running a business.

Beverley has significant experience of advising a wide range of businesses of all sizes, particularly in the transport & logistics, automotive, retail and manufacturing sectors.

Beverley offers strategic, solutions driven and practical advice on the full spectrum of employment advice including complex unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination claims, change management exercises including large scale restructures, collective redundancy exercises & changing terms and conditions of employment, data protection, strategic TUPE & outsourcing advice, all aspects of general advisory work including working time, national minimum wage, disciplinary/grievance, performance management, family friendly issues, flexible working, apprentices, restrictive covenants and sickness absence management, drafting contracts of employments, service and consultancy agreements, policies and procedures & settlement agreements, advising on senior/board level exits, and modern slavery advice in the corporate context.

She also has extensive experience of delivering client training and regularly speaks at internal and external events.
