Emma qualified as a Commercial Property solicitor in 2013 at a large national firm in their Bristol office. Prior to joining mfg, Emma worked at a prominent regional firm in the Black Country for 7 years, and another large national firm in Birmingham before that.
She is a firm believer in picking up the phone and having that all-important individual interaction with both clients and professional contacts. This makes all the difference when progressing deals and getting results.
Areas of Expertise
Emma has been advising on all aspects of Commercial Property for over ten years. She specialises in assisting clients with the sale and acquisition of multi-let estates. She also acts for both landlords and tenants in relation to leases, and lease renewals, particularly where there is a programme of construction and development work involved.
Emma also works with clients who are owner manager businesses, and large corporates who are acquiring or selling a business alongside the property transaction. Emma works closely with her Corporate and Commercial colleagues, and has particular expertise in identifying the role that a property has in her client’s overall plans for their business, whether this is expansion, development, or part of an exit strategy.
