Harriet is a legal caseworker in the Court of Protection team based in Kidderminster.
She assists the team with the day to day running of professional Deputyship and Attorneyship matters. This involves managing property and finances on behalf of clients who lack capacity or who prefer to have help with these being looked after on their behalf. She also prepares deputyship applications for clients who want some assistance with this process, and is happy to take enquiries if you are looking for some guidance.
Before joining mfg Solicitors in 2023 Harriet worked in the public sector leading criminal, misconduct and regulatory investigations, having obtained her law degree in 2013 and her masters degree in 2014.
