Janna Vigar joined the firm in 2015 and is part of the Private Client Division. The Division comprises of three Consultants, 3 Partners, three Associates and eight fee earners.

Janna specialises in private client law which includes: advising on and preparing Wills, dealing with the administration of estates and applications for Grant of Probate, drafting and administering trusts, advising on and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney Property and Financial Affairs and Health & Welfare, advising on mental capacity and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
Janna is particularly interested in advising clients when they or their relatives have lost mental capacity and an application to the Court of Protection is needed to enable another person to deal with their affairs.

Janna is a member of the private client section of the Law Society, Solicitors for the Elderly and is working towards full STEP membership.
Janna has lived in Ludlow for three years and in her spare time she enjoys running, travelling and eating out.
