Sian has over 20 years' experience in family law and has been consistently recognised in Legal 500 over many years for her calm, understated, tactical and sensitive approach to her cases.
She specialises in divorce, financial settlements, whether by agreement or through the court process, pre and post nuptial agreements, disputes between unmarried couples, cohabitation agreements and child arrangements issues including residence, contact, internal relocations and permission to remove from the UK.
She also advises families on the legal issues around surrogacy.
She will always provide clear and realistic advice to clients to enable them to plan the best possible outcome to suit their personal circumstances.
