Private Client Law covers a wide range of disciplines such as Wills and Lifetime Planning, Mental Capacity, Trusts and Estates. Private Client Practitioners can also handle a range of charity work advising on specific legal issues.

Wills and Lifetime Planning includes the drafting of straightforward and complex Wills, Letters of Wishes and Powers of Attorney. It also deals with Wealth Planning, Tax Planning and Inheritance Tax Planning.

Trusts are also dealt with by Private Client Practitioners. At mfg Solicitors we can advise and assist you in setting up a new Trust or Trusts, manage existing ones, bringing Trusts to an end and providing advice to beneficiaries.

Private Client Practitioners can also assist with Deputyship work. A Deputyship is a way of getting the legal authority to make decisions on someone’s behalf where that person is losing or has lost mental capacity. At mfg Solicitors we have a specialised team that can assist with Deputyship, act as Professional Attorneys when appointed by the court and advise on social and nursing care.

At mfg Solicitors we have a large Private Client Department with specialised teams that are happy to assist with any private client law matters you may have.

If you would like to discuss Private Client Law or how we can assist you, please email Sam Freeman on sam.freeman@mfgsolicitors.com
