Businesses across the Midlands must consider whether they are incurring liability worth...
mfg is proud to be a socially aware firm of solicitors and as such we have developed a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy outlining what we do to increase the positive effect and reduce any negative effect we have on our communities, the environment and the people that work with us.
We believe that our CSR is integral to the long-term sustainability of our business and we try to be responsible in our interactions with our environment, clients, suppliers, employees and the wider community.
We invite comments regarding our CSR policy and our activities. Please email email@example.com
Some examples of what we do:
We attempt to use as little paper as possible and try to recycle whatever we can. Each of our offices uses a local paper shredding/recycling company to keep emissions to a minimum.
We have invested in a television conference facility between our Telford and Kidderminster offices, reducing the need for our employees to travel for meetings.
We recycle redundant IT equipment and ink cartridges.
We encourage our clients, contacts and email recipients to respect the environment and save paper.
We encourage, arrange and support events that bring our staff and partners together.
We encourage, support, and fund our staff through development courses.
We listen to our staff in relation to ideas and suggestions for improvement at our monthly office meetings and at cross-office divisional meetings.
To reduce the risk of infection amongst our staff, visitors and clients, we have provided antibacterial hand-wash in key locations at every office.
Many of our partners are involved in advising and assisting local charities as well as acting as honorary secretaries, Trustees and Governors.
We arrange and support charitable and fund-raising events.
We also support national fundraising days such as Comic Relief, Children in Need and Jeans for Genes by dressing-down at work for a donation.

We are subject to rigorous controls by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), including the Code of Conduct.
