Charlotte is an Associate Solicitor within the Firm’s Corporate Division and is based in the Telford office. Charlotte qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 and joined the firm in April 2022.
Charlotte specialises in both corporate and commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, company formations, company and business disposals, reorganisations and restructurings and refinances for corporates and owner-managed businesses across a wide range of sectors.
Her work also includes joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements and company secretarial work.
