"I contacted mfg in early 2023 to see if I had a claim against my ex employer for breach of contract. I was told that there was definitely a valid claim which was explained to me on a way that it was easy to understand without all the legal jargon. It took over 2 1/2 years to get to court, during which time Chianna was always very understanding of my circumstances and accommodated my needs excellently. She understood what I wanted from the case but was always honest and realistic with her advice, opinions and my legal options. She was totally professional whilst dealing with the third parties, who were both very difficult and problematic in their approaches. Her legal knowledge was excellent, and her way of explaining things so I could understand them made making decisions less stressful. She put in a lot of hard work and also produced the biggest court bundle ever! She was excellent and amazing throughout even right up to being in court. Nothing was ever a problem."
"First Class Exemplary Service Having not had a consumer-based dispute brought against me before, I needed a company with expertise and a proven track record in this field and who were local to me in case there was a need for in-person meetings. mfg Solicitors were a few miles from me and offered services and skills that were commensurate to my needs and indeed way in excess of those required for what was, comparatively speaking, a small-scale dispute. Chianna Weaver was my principal solicitor for the duration of this matter and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has demonstrated a clear and detailed knowledge of the legal aspects governing this type of dispute and the protocols that should have been followed by the complainant against me (which he did not do). Chianna's communication throughout has been both prompt and immediate, putting my mind at rest when faced with a fractious and intransigent opponent. Her diligence and conscientious approach to her role was nothing short of consummate professionalism and on several occasions I received email replies and updates at 7.30 in the evening or later. This is something above and beyond the usual customer service ethic as I know from experience in other fields. We maintained an easy and friendly tone throughout our emails and, knowing we were in the stronger position and, more importantly, in the right, this strengthened the arguments that Chianna put on my behalf to the complainant. As stated, this is not something I have ever experienced before and I found this to be very stressful and Chianna was calm, logical and rational from the outset and assessed all the evidence that I presented to her with great diligence and attention to detail. Her inherent professionalism, rationale and work ethic are an absolute credit to mfg Solicitors LLP and I wish her well in her future career."
