Chris advises clients on all aspects of employment law to include TUPE, staff re-organisations, injunctive relief and enforcement of restrictive covenants, predominantly in the recruitment, food manufacturing, automotive and Further Education sectors.
Chris regularly presents to businesses and clients on topical employment issues. Described as a solicitor who can explain common sense solutions to complex legal issues. Chris has a track record of successful training and development to businesses.
Chris is also part of the Firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency Sector Team.
