Clare is equally comfortable advising corporates and individuals in their occupational needs and offering them clear advice on the legal process of taking a lease, advising on buying and selling commercial property as single or portfolio investments, or, for redevelopment and letting commercial property.
Clare is also part of the Firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency Sector Team.
