Janna Vigar

Janna Vigar joined the firm in 2015 and is part of the Private Client Division. 

Areas of expertise:

Janna specialises in private client law which includes: 

• Advising on and preparing Wills;
• Providing inheritance tax advice;
• Advising and drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney;
• Advising on mental capacity and the Mental Capacity Act 2005;
• Dealing with the administration of estates when someone has passed away including applications for Grant of Probate; and
• Drafting and administering trusts.

Membership of professional bodies and organisations:

Janna is a member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, an Associate STEP Member and also runs a bereavement support group in Ludlow ‘The Good Grief Café’. Janna is also a trustee for Shropshire based charity, Hands Together Ludlow.
