Janna Vigar joined the firm in 2015 and is part of the Private Client Division. The Division comprises of 1 Consultant, 4 Partners, 5 Senior Associates and 12 fee earners.
Areas of expertise:
Janna specialises in private client law which includes: advising on and preparing Wills, dealing with the administration of estates when someone has passed away including applications for Grant of Probate, inheritance tax advice, drafting and administering trusts, advising on and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, advising on mental capacity and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
Janna is particularly interested in advising clients when they or their relatives have lost mental capacity and an application to the Court of Protection is needed to enable another person to deal with their affairs.

Janna is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, an Associate STEP Member and also runs a bereavement support group in Ludlow ‘The Good Grief Café’. Janna is also a trustee for two Shropshire based charities – Hands Together Ludlow and Professionals with Alzheimers.
