He qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and joined the Firm in 2024.

Julian advises on a wide range of commercial agreements including supply agreements, agency and distribution agreements, confidentiality agreements, terms of sale or purchase and general commercial contracts.
He also advises in relation to intellectual property licences, IT agreements, website terms and notices and data protection.
