Justin Parker

Justin has been with the firm since 1994 and is a partner and solicitor in the Commercial Division. Justin is also a Notary Public, one of fewer than 800 people to hold this special qualification in the country.

The Commercial Division is one of the largest in the firm, with [8] partners and more than [20] other staff in the team, spread across the offices.

Areas of expertise:

Justin specialises in all areas of commercial property work, including site development and assembly, related planning agreements and documents, leasehold and freehold disposals and acquisitions.

Justin has acted for large and small landowners, including several local authorities, housing associations and a police authority.

Membership of professional bodies and organisations:

Justin is a member of the Law Society and the Worcestershire Law Society. He is also a member of the Notaries Society.

As a priest in the Church of England, Justin is regularly engaged in his duties at the weekend and evenings in the neighbouring Diocese of Hereford.
