Lucy is an Associate within the Firm's Corporate Division. She joined the firm as a Paralegal in 2018.
Lucy went to the University of Birmingham in 2014 where she studied Law, graduating in 2017. Lucy studied at the University of Law in Birmingham for her LPC LLM in 2019, before graduating and starting her training contract in September 2021.
Areas of Expertise:
Lucy specialises in corporate and commercial law and advises on a wide range of issues including acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations, general corporate advice, terms and conditions of sale and purchase, Intellectual Property and various other types of commercial contracts.
Lucy also assists the team in relation to joint ventures, shareholder agreements, drafting articles of association and share option schemes.
Lucy is a member of the firm’s CSR Committee and assists with fundraising initiatives for the office charity.
