Lynsey joined mfg in June 2022 as a Senior Associate specialising in Commercial Property and is based in the Telford office.
Lynsey has over a decade of experience in a broad spectrum of commercial property matters including sales, purchases, development finance, landlord and tenant work and property aspects associated with corporate transactions.

In particular Lynsey enjoys dealing with residential developments and has acted for a range of house builders and landowners. Her expertise includes conditional contracts, option agreements, promotion agreements, landowner collaboration agreements and overage deeds along with associated infrastructure agreements.
