Matthew is an Associate within the Firm's Corporate Division and based between the Kidderminster and Telford offices.
Matthew qualified as a Solicitor in 2017 and joined the firm in January 2021.

Matthew specialises in a variety of corporate transactions including share/asset sales and acquisitions, joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements, company formations and company secretarial work. Matthew also advises on commercial issues such as general corporate advice, agency and distribution agreements, terms and conditions, Intellectual Property and GDPR.
