• Advising on and drafting lasting powers of attorney (LPAs) for property and financial affairs and health and welfare
• Financial management for clients appointing mfg partners as their professional attorneys
• Advising on mental capacity and the Mental Capacity Act 2005
• Advising on care home fees funding
• Dealing with the administration of estates when someone has passed away including applications for grant of probate
