Nazia has a particular expertise in dealing with the administration of estates including making applications for grant of probate with the Probate Court; Deeds of variations; Applications to the Court of Protection; Providing IHT planning advice; Advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney to include the preparation and registration of the same with Office of the Public Guardian; Preparation of wills to include trusts; and Advising on Mental capacity.
