Associate, Rebecca Rogers, joined the firm upon qualification in October 2011, having joined the division from a Birmingham City Centre based firm.

Having started her career, at mfg, as a specialist in debt recovery and small claims and defences, Rebecca has significantly built up and expanded her workload.
Rebecca now works closely with this firm’s Partner and Head of Commercial Litigation, Tom Esler.
Rebecca runs high value disputes and regulatory work including partnership disputes, contractual disputes, building disputes and professional negligence disputes including regularly being involved in High Court work.
Rebecca is very commercially-minded and recognises the benefit to clients of agreeing a commercial settlement taking into account likely costs and costs recoverability.
Rebecca provides ongoing assistance and supervision to more junior members of the team including paralegals and trainees.
