Sally Smith


Having worked in Private Client Practice since 1997, Sally is ideally placed to advise on Estate and Succession Planning, Wills, Trusts, Administration of Estates; she also specialises in advising older and vulnerable clients in relation to Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.

Sally has wide experience including:

Inheritance Tax and Estate planning, including complex and substantial estates comprising of business and agricultural assets; tax and succession planning through wills, trusts and deeds of variation;

Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975; Validity of Wills; Executor’s and Trustee’s duties and responsibilities; Probate and administration of estates; a wide range of trusts, including discretionary, life interest and specialist trusts for disabled and vulnerable persons; and matters and trusts in connection with the family home.
