Victoria Griffiths

Victoria is an Associate within the Contentious Probate department. Victoria became a member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists in September 2025 and was noted within the 2026 edition of the Legal 500 as a key member of the team. She undertakes matters involving disputes surrounding the validity of Wills, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, contentious trusts work and disputes in estates generally.

Victoria obtained her law degree at the University of Birmingham in 2017 and achieved distinctions in her LPC and LLM at the University of Law in Birmingham in 2018. She began her training with the Firm in 2018 and qualified in 2020.
