Andrew is a Solicitor within mfg's Corporate team and is based at the Worcester office.
As a member of the Corporate team, Andrew guides clients through their transactions and leads them towards successful outcomes.
A proactive Solicitor, providing useful and commercial advice in plain English, Andrew always make time for his clients when they need him. He's worked for manufacturing companies, accountancy and financial advisory firms and a number of hospitality companies.
He provides clients with a range of corporate advice including company law, business law and commercial law.

Due Diligence – mergers and acquisitions in a wide range of industry sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, technology and retail.
Corporate secretarial services including setting up property management companies and eventually handing the management company over from the developer to the residents.
