Becky Husband

Becky is an Associate at mfg and has been with the firm since January 2006 having previously worked for a firm of solicitors specialising in development land acquisition and plot sales.

With over 20 years’ conveyancing experience, Becky has previously assisted in acting for national housebuilders Crest Nicholson and David Wilson Homes Limited.

Areas of expertise:

Becky is responsible for taking the lead on site set up and sales on of built out properties for small-medium sized developers. Becky also assists in land acquisition transactions and acts for developer clients in refinancing and funding for the acquired development sites.

Becky also has extensive knowledge of the conveyancing procedure and undertakes varying conveyancing transactions including, but not limited to, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions and buy to let acquisitions.
