Brian is a Partner in the Commercial Property Division and leads the Birmingham Commercial Property team. He is a highly regarded specialist with over 20 years’ experience in commercial and mixed-use property investment, development, funding and leasing transactions.
Brian has particular expertise in real estate investment and financing, frequently advising on complex property-led transactions as well as those forming part of wider corporate deals. His recent work includes advising on the sale of a company owning 47 industrial sites, the refinancing of large multi-site portfolios across the retail and industrial sectors, and securing development finance for logistics depots in Greater London.
As well as leading the firm’s Birmingham commercial property team, Brian works closely with colleagues across the firm to strengthen client relationships and support the growth of the firm’s presence in the city. He is a member of the Law Society and the Investment Property Forum.
