David has worked in the field of commercial property for well over 20 years acting for many commercial and private clients, large and small, across Shropshire and beyond. David works collaboratively with clients and contacts offering practical and sensible advice in a friendly and approachable way. He enjoys building strong client relationships and finding practical and commercial solutions to all manner of property problems.

Areas of Expertise:

David helps investors in relation to acquisitions and disposals, property finance, commercial leases, easements leasehold enfranchisement and  commercial and residential development.

David also acts for many charities in relation to their property dealings which have specific rules and regulations and, in particular, specialises in ecclesiastical property.

David is also part of the Firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency Sector Team.
