Katherine Tippetts is a Partner at our Kidderminster office and is Head of mfg's Family Division across the Firm's six offices.
Having graduated with a 1st Class Hons Degree in Law, Katherine subsequently completed her LPC at Cardiff University and qualified as a Solicitor, specialising in Family Law, in 2005. Katherine initially practised for a number of years in Chester before relocating back to Shropshire in 2010, where she was brought up. Katherine subsequently joined mfg and has now been a Partner within the firm for a number of years and has exclusively specialised in matrimonial matters.
Areas of expertise:
Katherine specialises in Divorce and financial matters arising out of Separation. This includes dealing with complex cases involving business assets, pensions, and dealing with high net worth cases which involve assets based overseas.
Katherine also has experience in dealing with cohabitee disputes and the preparation of pre nuptial agreements.
Katherine is based at the firm’s Kidderminster office but also covers Telford and the surrounding areas.
