Having secured her training contract with mfg in March 2021, Kiran later joined the firm in a secretarial role for the Family Division in May 2021. Kiran commenced her training contract in September 2022 with the Corporate department. She is now in her second seat within the Commercial Litigation team based in the Kidderminster office.

Kiran completed her law degree at the Aston University in 2020, achieving a first class honours, before becoming a Paralegal for a Birmingham Firm in Civil Litigation. She later commenced her LPC & LLM Masters in September 2021 at the University of Law, Birmingham, achieving a Distinction.

Kiran has previous experience working within Civil Litigation – dealing with contentious property matters such as landlord-tenant disputes involving evictions and disrepair, as well as Harassment Act claims. She regularly drafted applications, advised clients and sat behind Counsel at court when matters proceeded to trial.

Having completed her first seat in the Corporate department, Kiran has had exposure to many commercial transactional matters including acquisitions and sales, joint ventures and internal share reorganisation and restructures.

Kiran now looks forward to her contentious seat where she will be involved in debt recovery, breach of contract and other commercial litigation matters.
