Kiran joined mfg in 2021 and is now a Solicitor in the Corporate department, based in the Birmingham Office.
Kiran specialises in corporate transactions advising on the various elements of corporate deal including complex due diligence exercises, and project managing the numerous documents which forms the jigsaw of a corporate transaction. Kiran supports corporate partner Clare Lang, and advises on acquisitions and disposals, share re-organisations, finance and other corporate advice required relating to general succession planning of a business.
Kiran also advises on joint ventures, shareholder agreements and articles of association.
Kiran is also a member of the CSR Committee, assisting with fundraising for the Birmingham office charity.
