"mfg helped me when I had problems regarding tenants who did not move out after being served a notice to vacate. Kirsten gave me great advice and support, alleviating my anxiety and giving me reassurance that the situation was being safely handled. All my queries were quickly responded to by Kirsten and her team, in a clear and professional way, and I cannot thank them enough for their help."
"Excellent service. Easy to work with, efficient and well worded advice. Would absolutely recommend and use again."
"A supportive initial response during a difficult time. Professional, detailed, informative and very prompt. It was a long drawn-out problem, but Kirsten stuck it out and showed a good deal of patience and gave sage advice that saw me protected against further complications and eventually come out of a tangled agreement with a good result. Highly recommended and much better than others in the area. Many thanks."
"I required advice regarding a difficult Right of Way matter. mfg responded in a prompt, efficient and, importantly understanding way, with a quick grasp of the issues, and evidence provided. I practiced law in London for 30 years and was reticent about instructing a local firm. My experience has been very positive, and I would not hesitate to recommend mfg. Much thanks to Kirsten Bridgewater who has advised and supported me in a very professional manner in a very sensitive situation."
"Kirsten and her mfg team were really helpful, providing us with a timely and professional service."
Kirsten is noted in the Legal 500 for cases concerning easements and land title disputes.
