Lauren Williams

Lauren is a Solicitor within the Private Client team at the firm's Ludlow office. Lauren joined the firm in 2021 and carried out her training with mfg, getting involved in a variety of work to gain a broad knowledge and understanding of family law matters, contentious probate work and the conveyancing process.

Lauren graduated with a first class degree in Law from the University of Liverpool and went on to study the LPC LLM at the University of Law, achieving a distinction.

Areas of Expertise:

Lauren specialises in private client law which includes:

  • Advising on and preparing Wills;
  • Providing inheritance tax advice;
  • Advising on and drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney;
  • Advising on mental capacity and the Mental Capacity Act 2005; and
  • Dealing with the administration of estates when someone has passed away including applications for Grant of Probate.

Lauren is National Representative for the Shropshire Junior Lawyers Division and regularly attends meetings to consult with the Junior Solicitor Network and the National Junior Lawyers Division Committee. Lauren is passionate about increasing the engagement and support for both junior and aspiring solicitors within the profession.
