Mitch is a highly dedicated, courteous and hardworking young professional. Fresh out of Sixth Form College, Mitch has a significant aspiration for success in the Legal Sector.
He is currently undertaking professional legal studies with CILEX Law School, alongside his full-time role at the firm, with the aim to qualifying as a CILEX Lawyer.
Areas of Expertise
Mitch works alongside Scott Vanes within the Tax and Succession Planning Division, acting for clients with estates, usually including business and agricultural property. He will further assist Scott with trust formation and ongoing trust administration.
Before moving into the firm’s Tax and Succession Planning Division in July 2025, Mitch assisted within the firm’s Private Client Trust Team as a Legal Assistant, dealing with General Administration of the firm’s asset protection, life interests and discretionary trusts. He specifically dealt with the Termination of Trusts alongside completing Trust/Estate Registrations with HM Revenue & Customs.
