Ruth is a Partner in the Commercial Property team, based in the Worcester office.
She trained at mfg and qualified in 2007, before moving on to work at two Top 50 national law firms in Birmingham. In 2017, she joined a small team and assumed the role of Legal Counsel at one of the UK’s largest privately owned property investment companies.

Ruth brings a wealth of experience in Landlord and Tenant matters, having acted for investor landlords, national retailers, small business owners and large PLCs. She provides tailored commercial real estate advice aligned with her clients’ business goals.
Her time as in-house Legal Counsel gave her invaluable insight into the complexities of asset management. She advised on a substantial property portfolio comprising retail and leisure, industrial and office spaces, offering both strategic input and practical legal guidance across a wide range of matters.
In addition, Ruth advises clients on acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties, refinancing transactions and provides corporate support.
