Stephen Wyer

Stephen is Partner and gained his law degree from St John’s College Oxford training with City law firm Slaughter and May before moving back to the Midlands. He joined mfg in November 2015.

Areas of expertise:

Stephen has 30 years of experience in corporate and commercial law and advises on a wide range of issues including acquisitions and disposals, reorganizations general corporate advice, agency and distribution agreements, terms and conditions of sale and purchase, Intellectual Property, Information Technology and all types of commercial agreements.

Membership of professional bodies and organisations:

Stephen is a member of both the Birmingham Law Society and the national Law Society.
