Business leaders are being invited to a free breakfast seminar where experts discuss a range of corporate, legal, financial and tax matters.
The seminar is being hosted by county law firm mfg Solicitors, alongside Prosperity Wealth, CK Chartered Accountants and Blue Sky Corporate Finance.
The business growth event, which is being held between 8am and 10am at Hagley Hall on Tuesday 19 March, will focus on the process of selling a business, the key preparation work required, legal angles to cover, and how to conduct a sale as tax efficiently as possible.
The session will be led by five specialists which include mfg corporate partner Clare Lang, Prosperity Wealth’s Mike Elphick and Phil Haden, and Fran Clapham from CK Chartered Accountants. Blue Sky Corporate Finance’s Tony Seaton will also present at the event which includes a Q&A session and networking opportunities.
Clare Lang, said: “This free event is ideal for any business owner who wants to start the new year in the best possible way and get their business match-fit for the future.
“It will walk people through the steps they can take to maximise their organisation’s value, growth opportunities, and what actions need to be taken sooner rather than later in terms of legislation, finance, tax and succession planning.
“We’ve got a brilliant line up of experienced speakers who are well respected in the corporate world and who will be on hand throughout the morning to share ideas, offer their expertise and answer any questions.”
Spaces for the seminar are limited and those looking to secure a place can email Elizabeth Armstrong through elizabeth.armstrong@mfgsolicitors.com
