Oscar achieved a first-class law degree in 2020 before completing the Legal Practice Course and obtaining a Master of Laws in Law and Business in 2022. He began his training contract with the firm in 2024 and qualified as a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor in March 2026.
Oscar assists with a broad range of corporate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work, particularly in relation to business succession planning. He also assists with the preparation of shareholders’ agreements, articles of association and a variety of commercial contracts, such as supply agreements, terms of sale or purchase and other general commercial arrangements.
Oscar has a keen interest in sports-related commercial work, including advising on sponsorship and endorsement agreements. As a professional boxer himself, he brings first-hand insight into the importance of athletes safeguarding their contractual and commercial interests.
